To create an account, visit the Reviewee homepage and click on "Sign Up." You can register using your email address or connect with your social media accounts. Once you've completed the registration process, you'll be able to start exploring and reviewing places immediately.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. We'll send a password reset link to your registered email address. Follow the link to create a new password and regain access to your account.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, navigate to "Account Settings" and select "Delete Account." Please note that this action is permanent and will remove all your data, including reviews, rewards, and profile information. Consider downloading your data before proceeding with deletion.

Reviewing Places

How do I leave a review?

To leave a review, search for the business on Reviewee and visit its profile page. Click the "Leave a Review" button or tap your NFC-enabled device at the business location for quick access. You can rate your experience, add photos, and share detailed feedback about your visit.

Can I leave an anonymous review?

Yes, you can choose to remain anonymous when leaving a review. Look for the "Post Anonymously" option when writing your review. Your feedback will be shared without revealing your identity, though you'll still earn rewards for verified reviews.

What should I do if my review isn't appearing?

If your review hasn't appeared, please allow up to 24 hours for processing. We review all submissions to ensure they meet our community guidelines. If your review still hasn't appeared after 24 hours, contact our support team for assistance.

Earning Rewards

How do I earn rewards?

Earn rewards by leaving authenticated reviews on businesses. Each verified review contributes to your reward points. Special bonuses are available for high-quality reviews with photos and detailed feedback. Points are automatically added to your wallet after review verification.

Where can I view my rewards?

Access your rewards by visiting your profile and selecting "My Wallet." Here you'll find your current point balance, reward history, and available offers for redemption. You can also track your progress toward earning special badges and achievements.

How do I redeem a reward?

To redeem a reward, go to "My Wallet," browse available offers, and select the one you'd like to redeem. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the redemption process. Some rewards may require verification at the business location.
